today is labour day.and guess what, the school is opened.dragged myself to school early in the morning for training.well, the compeition is on tomorrow>< hope im able to start intact.and hopefully my mouth guard is able to FIT me.it keep dropping out=( only good news is that im able to skip econ lect.

felt so tired today that i went home to sleep straight after training.was woke up by sms and call.went to wash up before meeting walter at cwp.went to do our homework at RP.finished Skill A((= had dinner at crystal jade.the noodle was nice.cant really remember the name.walk around awhile then went home.

seriously i think that if you are playing in a friendly match or compeition, please give in your best and try to win.if not , i dont see what's the point in being in the game.do not be afraid to tackle your opponent.just do it.if you are nice to them, you are only mean to your team mate and yourself.imagine everyone is giving their best and you back off just because of your fear and the opponent manage to score,arent you letting your teammate and yourself down.training has be on for so long.the effort.the time that has be put in.please be fair to yourself and your teammate.played your best.
